wow, what a great firm i hired to help me register in the DV-2011 lottery, just as the registration period started their site and email adresses went down. so now i just have registred myself.
I have tryed to email them 3 times but get no answers.
their website has been up and down sence the 2nd october.

unfortunately i already made the payment because i received an email last week saying that i could still enter the 2010!! lottery if i registered immediately, so i did. than i came to senses i looked at the offical website and the 2010 lottery was ended last year!!! and guess what the 2011 lottery is even ended!!!
this website www.usagc.org is a SCAM!!!!! i dont even care about my money but im very worried with my information and photo they have.

WRONG !!! i applied to usagc 1 year ago and until now they gave me great sevices, writing me to tell me that the pic i sent wasn't good, i can see my application with my password, all is clear, and i always had answers to the questions i had. ( twice i called them and twice i had assistance and nice persons on the phone). So i'm really not agree with what you said, this organisation is far to be a scam !!! Thanks to them.

i had a very pleasant experience with USAGC.org. Their customer service depertment help me with all my application. Sorry for you experience, but I have always called them and they avaialble for me . USAGC give me excelent service.
