The U.S. Department of State operates a random computer drawing each year for those of you who wish to enter the USA to take up residence. This program provides approximately 50,000 permanent resident cards (green cards) to winners. It costs nothing to enter. All you need is a digital photo of yourself and one of each person in your immediate family and you can easily enter yourself. Here is basic information on the diversity visa lottery.
